About BeanLog.in
Durlabh Sethi
Coffee obsessive. Notebook hoarder. Builder of things.
Durlabh Sethi has always believed that the best ideas come with a good cup of coffee — ideally something light-roasted, Ethiopian, naturally processed. The kind that smells like blueberries before you even brew it.
It started as a habit. Every morning, a new bag, a new origin, a few scribbled notes in the margins of whatever notebook was nearby. Over the years those notebooks piled up — spiral-bound, leather-covered, a few just stray Post-its stuffed into a kitchen drawer. Somewhere in there was a Panamanian Gesha that changed everything. A Rwandan that tasted like raspberry jam on warm toast. At least three bags from Colombia that all blurred together into a single, pleasant memory.
The problem wasn't the coffee. It was the memory.
Durlabh went looking for an app. He found plenty — most locked behind subscriptions, others buried in features built for professional roasters rather than people who just loved the ritual of a morning brew and wanted to remember it properly. The free ones were barebones. The good ones wanted his credit card. Nothing felt right. Nothing felt like his.
So he built BeanLog.in.
Not for the industry. Not for the Q-grader with fourteen certifications and a spreadsheet addiction. For anyone who has ever opened a fresh bag, taken that first slow, deep breath, and thought — I want to remember this forever.
